100% Grass Fed Beef and Lamb/Truly Pastured Pork, Poultry & Eggs have:

~A ratio of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids that is much closer to the ideal your body needs. 

~More conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), a type of fat that's thought to reduce heart disease and cancer risks.
~More antioxidant vitamins, such as vitamin A and E.  Higher levels of bio-available vitamin D.
~Less total fat (and the fat that is in the meat is good for you- you can eat the fat again!).

Organic vegetables and fruits grown on a farm working to regenerate its soils have:

~More nutrients, such as Vitamin C, iron, magnesium, and phosphorus.  These nutrients come from the soil and since we nourish our farm’s soil, the soil nourishes us.

~Significantly higher levels of antioxidants.

Things you WON’T find in food from our farm:

~No exposure to synthetic pesticides, fertilizers, or hormones.  In fact we very, very rarely have to use even organic-approved pest control.  We just don’t need it since we’re working in ways that keep the plants and animals naturally healthy.
~No GMOs.  Not gonna argue about their safety or efficacy.  They were created to provide profit for corporations and they generally function to decrease biodiversity and soil health.  We just say NO and keep working to feed folks in ways that worked for eons before chemical companies showed up in agriculture.
~No soy.  Traditional cultures that used soy in their diets only did so in moderation and the soy was usually fermented to make it more friendly to the digestive system.  Soy contains factors that mess with your body’s ability to feel satiated by food, it can disrupt thyroid function, it mimics estrogen, and it can block your body’s ability to uptake other nutrients.  We don’t want to eat it and we don’t expect our animals to either.   We also do not wish to support monoculture crops that reduce biodiversity and soil health.
